Image Licensing

All images displayed on this site are the intellectual property of Pictures Colour Library or its contributing photographers. Images may only be used in accordance with a signed licence agreement. Unlicensed use constitutes copyright infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

Licence Scope

Each licence is limited to the use, territory, medium, duration and circulation specified at the time of issue. Any use beyond these parameters requires a new or amended licence. Licences are non-transferable and non-exclusive unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Pictures Colour Library makes no warranties as to the accuracy of metadata or captions. Our liability is limited to the value of the licence fee paid. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from image use.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
